The Indianapolis Park to Park returns with the Park 2 Park 2!

We Walk Indy and Third Space Indy are teaming up once again for a full day walk across the city. Come join us! Link to RSVP in our respective bios.

When: October 17th meetup at 8:30, walk at 9:00
Where: Meet at Indianapolis Art Center along the Monon.

We have a couple of planned stops, slightly adjusted route and a planned lunch stop at The Garage Food Hall

Once we’re done we’ll return by way of Indy's Public Transit

A little over a week ago Anna and I attended the very first Circle City Flea - I had such a good time talking to the vendors and walking around that I became really interested in learning more about why someone would go out of their way to do a thing like this. Today I have the answer.

This week I sat down with Michael and Madeleine Janssen, the founders of Circle City Flea and Lucky Duck Ventures(Lucky Duck Ventures ), to talk about bringing an outdoor flea market back to Indianapolis. We got into why markets right now, why businesses struggle to find retail space, and what it means to build an authentic space of just another market.

I asked Dillon Lockwood if I could "vend" at 38th & College Market Mix Indianapolis and he said yes. So I will be setting up live to record with whoever wants to sit down with me.

If you have something on your heart or mind - or maybe just something about Indy; come share it with me for a couple of minutes.

Week without Driving is October 1-8 and I challenge you to go the full week without Driving.

This is to help you understand the challenges faced by people who don't have access to a car so it isn't supposed to necessarily be easy!

Indy's Public Transit and I are kicking off the week with free coffee and an optional group bus ride ON MY BIRTHDAY SO YOU BETTER COME.

7-8AM at Blue Mind (college and 38th) on October 1st.

Bus Buddies is just the thing for you. The goal is to help be a casual entry into riding the bus. So I would love to have you come learn in a stress free way.

We will be meeting at Lille Bønne Community Living Room for drinks and snacks before departing to ride the Red Line to Broad Ripple for a casual hang and dinner then returning later in the evening as a group.

As an extension of Week Without Driving we will be joined by Seth Johnson (Seth Johnson )a local journalist, forever bus rider, and all around great dude!

The Indianapolis Park to Park returns with the Park 2 Park 2. We're walking 13 miles again with some slight route tweaks and updates.

Planned for Saturday October 17th.
