Sitting arm curls. Sometimes your pretty nails get in the way so you have to adjust. Walmart has weights, you can start with just 1 thats 5lb or 8lb then move up. I'm finally at 20 lb. Going to cut my nails tonight because its also hard to golf with long nails.

Hitting 60 days of being able to exercise. First just chair exercises now Im out of the chair. Im so relaxed at home exercising. You just gotta move, add some weights, eat in calorie deficit and be consistent.

To my Gym work out peeps...what have you found is the best tennis shoe for safety and your body to work out with? I don't want to know your favorite shoe because you just like a brand. Knowledge on whats best is what I'm looking for.
