Last Thursday August 18, 2022, I attended the Inver Grove Heights Food Truck Days, which was scheduled between 4:30pm and 7:00pm.
This event was located at the Rich Valley Athletic Complex, 1841 105th St E, Inver Grove Heights, MN, 55077 and it was sponsored by Smile Doctors by Snyder Orthodontics & Dr. Jennifer Eisenhuth Orthodontics.
DJ Bob also provided great entertainment for this end of summer celebration event.
Each of the confirmed vendors for the event arrived ready to feed a hungry bunch of attendees. Here is the list:

I showed up at about 5:30pm just in time for a 5 minute downpour of rain. I thought that was going to be the extent of the rain, but little did I know that was just the preview of coming attractions.

Hey have you guys heard about an annual event called the Inver Grove Heights Food Truck Days? It's coming up on Thursday August 18, which is in 5 days from now. Wild horses couldn't keep Jeff and I from attending between 4:30pm and 7:00pm. Jeff and I will be taking photos and commenting here when we meet some of the Food Truck people and experience some of the great food that will be available that day. Please feel free to do the same.
