Hannah Maienbrook discovered her passion for welding in eighth grade and chose it as her career path despite facing learning challenges like dyslexia. She earned a scholarship from the mikeroweWORKS Foundation, which supported her education at a technical college where she focused on TIG welding.

Learning impediments such as dyslexia, or ADHD aren’t uncommon in the welding trade. With determination these things can be overcome.
