Why yoga?

It’s more than movement. It’s the space to breathe, practice stillness, be in community with each other. It’s a place to do hard things, and it’s ok when you fail. The mat is the place to return to, to try again.

It’s not about doing the moves perfect. It’s about feeling. Having an awareness of your body, your breath, your mind. It’s about letting go of judgement, of yourself and of others. And it’s about loving kindness.

Come to free community yoga with me on Friday, December 12 at 4pm. It’s a gentle class, we can modify for your needs. Just bring yourself, some water, and comfy clothes to move in. You can borrow mats and props from 🧘‍♀️

Free summer yoga series starts at the end of the month!

Join me for Mindful Movement on Main with , the National Park Service, and WB Parks & Rec.

Dates for the outdoor series are Saturday, May 31, June 14, June 28, July 12, and July 26. We will be at Village Green in West branch at 9 AM. After class is done, we invite you to eat, shop and explore town!

It’s free! I just ask you please sign up at turaluraco.com/yoga prior to the event. If it’s bad weather, I’ll let you know the plan.

Relax, breathe, and connect with nature at the Gazebo in Village Green. This free outdoor yoga series is designed to bring people of all ages together in a peaceful and uplifting environment. Whether you're trying yoga for the first time or you're a seasoned outdoor yogi, instructor Erika Christiansen will guide you through a session focused on mindful movement, deep breathing, and harmony with nature. After class, we invite you to 𝒆𝒂𝒕, 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆 all that our charming and historic town has to offer!
