Dutch Fork High School senior and STEM Honors Academic Magnet student, Hunter Taylor, has been named one of the top 300 scholars in the 85th Regeneron Science Talent Search, the nation’s oldest and most prestigious science and math competition for high school seniors. Selected from a record-breaking pool of 2,612 applicants, Hunter’s achievement places him among an elite group of young scientists recognized for their exceptional research and leadership. In honor of this milestone, Hunter will receive a $2,000 award, with an additional $2,000 granted to DFHS to support future STEM-related activities. On January 21st, the Society for Science will announce whether Hunter will advance to the final round of 40 students in the competition. Congratulations to Hunter on his accomplishment!
