So excited we’ve been waiting for this can’t wait to see him

We, here at the Hodag Country Festival, are thinking of Nate Smith while he is on vocal rest and are wishing him a speedy and full recovery. Hopefully, he will be able to make it onto our stage in the near future!

Although it was no easy task finding someone to fill the void left in our lineup, we are pleased to announce that Hodag Virgin, Jackson Dean, will be here on Sunday. We hear he puts on one heck of a show!

Jackson Dean will take the stage at 5:00 p.m. and Chase Matthew will now go on at 7:00 p.m.

Y’all won’t want to miss this Sunday Showcase of first-time performers. Come on out and welcome them with a big ‘ole Happy Hodag!

ICYMI: Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced a new policy yesterday which will allow passengers traveling through domestic airports to keep their shoes on while passing through security screening at TSA checkpoints.

“Ending the ‘Shoes-Off’ policy is the latest effort DHS is implementing to modernize and enhance traveler experience across our nation’s airports,” said Secretary Noem. “We expect this change will drastically decrease passenger wait times at our TSA checkpoints, leading to a more pleasant and efficient passenger experience. As always, security remains our top priority. Thanks to our cutting-edge technological advancements and multi-layered security approach, we are confident we can implement this change while maintaining the highest security standards. This initiative is just one of many the Trump administration is pursuing to usher in the President’s vision for a new Golden Age of American travel.”
