Stay healthy and strong!

Discovering that true strength is rooted in flexibility and resilience has been a game-changer for me.

I'm driven to stay focused on my goals, and nothing's going to stop me from moving forward.

While surgery may pose challenges, it's not an obstacle to achieving overall health and mobility - though I won't deny that having it on my right foot has made balance a bigger challenge, and working out has become more difficult.

But I’m still here!

A few years ago, I saw a hardworking nurse.

Today, I still see that nurse—but I also see a woman who refused to settle for one source of income, one plan, or one version of her future.

The biggest transformation wasn’t financial.

It was realizing that I could dream bigger for myself and my family.

Every day, I help people explore ways to create more options, more security, and more freedom in their lives.

Because life is too short to spend it worrying about what happens if your paycheck stops.
