Throwing it back to a day of pure joy, childhood chaos, and just a lil’ harmless jail time at the Shelburne Museum 🖼️✨

If you grew up in Vermont, you probably had to come here as a kid—likely on a field trip, likely in the rain, and likely not that into it. But coming back as an adult? Totally different vibe. Now I see the art, the architecture, the wild creativity behind every exhibit—and I’m in awe.

From pretending I was locked up for crimes against boring adulthood to posing in front of a yummy lilac bush, we laughed, explored, and tapped straight into that inner child energy.

Shoutout to , my forever co-adventurer (we were chaos and cuteness before it was cool), and to the next generation of .11 and who reminded us: silliness isn’t something you grow out of—it’s something you grow back into 💖

Highly recommend revisiting the places you were “forced” to go as a kid. You might just fall in love this time.

Two days in Dallas. One tech conference. Dessert tacos. And… a (not so) surprising number of bathroom selfies.

Just wrapped a work trip where my teammate and I flew out to learn from some of the best tech brains in the business woth . We asked big questions, got even bigger answers, and may have eaten dessert at every opportunity. (When in Texas, right?)

The truth is, I live in a world of blinking servers, behind-the-scenes systems, and “eyes on everything” monitoring platforms most people never hear about—but it’s the kind of stuff that keeps companies running and ransomware OUT.

It’s not always glamorous, but sometimes?
There’s excellent lighting at great steak houses.

Feeling grateful, curious, and excited about what’s next.

If you had told little me—the weird, artsy girl who struggled with math—that one day I’d be speaking on a STEM Goes Red panel for the , I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

For the last 25 years, I’ve built a career in technology and cybersecurity, proving that STEM isn’t just for the math whizzes and science prodigies—it’s for the curious, the creative, the problem solvers, and the dreamers.

To any young girl out there who feels like they “don’t fit” into STEM: You do. The world needs your perspective, creativity, and determination. There’s a place for you at the table, whether you’re building networks, developing cybersecurity strategies, or leading innovation.

Thank you, , for the opportunity to share my journey and inspire the next wave of STEM leaders. You don’t have to be perfect at math to thrive in STEM—you just have to be passionate about making an impact. ❤️

The other day I got asked several times, “Why would I vote for this woman?” The jerk inside of me was like, “Ugh! Seriously?!” But then I realized this is a genuine question that deserves a respectful answer.

I’m not just voting for a “woman” - this woman aligns with my values. Women’s rights are non-negotiable for me—our right to our bodies, equality, and living without fear of discrimination. It’s about supporting someone who genuinely understands these issues from personal experience and deep empathy.

Equality isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a core value. Whether in the workplace, healthcare, or our communities, everyone deserves a fair shot and a seat at the table. Supporting women in leadership helps achieve true equality for all genders.

Human rights are universal and must be upheld for everyone, regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity. This includes standing firm for LGBTQ+ rights. Love is love, and everyone should have the freedom to love without fear of prejudice.

I believe in freedom of religion, respecting individuals’ rights to practice their faith—or not—without interference. It’s about celebrating diversity of thought and belief.

Is she perfect? NO! But none of us are. What matters is her commitment to justice and inclusivity. Voting for her is a statement about the kind of world I want for future generations.
