Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish or quiche pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, pureed
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Topping:
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
• ½ cup strawberry glaze or preserves
• Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Crust�Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed.
