The Western State Law Review operates as a traditional, student-edited law review at Western State College of Law, and is a member of the National Conference of Law Reviews. The Western State Law Review publishes articles focused on California law and Federal law that directly impacts the state of California. The Western State Law Review Association does not necessarily subscribe to the viewpoints

that are contained in the journal. All works are chosen on the basis of the level of scholarly presentation of legal issues and usefulness to the legal community. The Western State Law Review Association continues to thank the Western State College of Law for the support we receive for each publication from the Faculty Advisors, Faculty Mentors and Staff.
