The 2 main line repairs should be done in the Winston/Turpin Ridge area. If you continue to have any issues, please call 723-4240 and a technician will be dispatched.

Cable and Internet service will be off briefly on Saturday morning to Winston and Turpin Ridge to repair 2 breaks in the main transmission line serving that area. We hope this outage is under 30 minutes and resolves the issues to that area.

All internet service to Irvine Online customers should be restored. If you have fiber and pushed the reset button on your router, you will not have service until you go through the set up process again. If you are unsure how to complete the setup, please call 723-4240 and leave a message. Technicians are working today to help customers with routers.
