According to a Florida police report, that incident occurred on November 13, 2021, inside a bathroom at the Citrus Town Center Mall in Tampa. Investigating deputies reported that Ali entered a stall adjacent to a 12-year-old victim. While the child was washing their hands, Ali pointed a cell phone under the stall partition displaying an explicit video depicting two males engaged in oral s*x. The victim immediately left the restroom and alerted their parents, leading to Ali's identification and arrest by detectives.
