I just posted a new YouTube video touring one of the most unique neighborhoods anywhere on the Northern Neck - and it seriously feels like something out of a storybook.

Vineyard Grove is known for its rare Carpenter Gothic “tent-style” cottages, tucked into the woods near the water, plus community amenities like a pool and dock/pier access. If you love Irvington or waterfront living, you’ve got to see this one.
