Sifting through children’s books at a local thrift shop led to this week’s “art meets music” theme on WRFI Community Radio’s Thift Shop Radio show. Songs of art and artists from The Creation, Amiee Mann, War, The Weepies, Talking Heads, The Jam, Teenage Fan Club, The Records, Sonny & The Sunsets, Utopia, and so many more. In the first two weeks of the second Trump presidency, we've seen a rapid increase in federal intervention at the local level across the country and right here in Tompkins County.

On the first episode of the FLX News Exchange on WRFI, Editor-in-Chief at the Cornell Daily Sun and Cornell junior Gabe Levin and Sun staff writer Maryam Ismail join WRFI's Felix Teitelbaum to discuss the effects of Trump's executive orders and other federal intervention on communities at Cornell and in Tompkins County.
