FREE EXPUNGEMENT CLINIC IN JACKSON!!

Need help clearing your criminal record? The Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project (MVLP) is hosting a Free Expungement Clinic to help individuals represent themselves in court and take the next step toward a fresh start.

Date: Thursday, October 16th, 2024
Time: Begins at 10:00 a.m.
Location: Mississippi e-Center, 1230 Raymond Road, Jackson, MS
Follow the signs upon arrival to access the correct room.

Participants will receive legal advice and court documents prepared by Mississippi attorneys.

Registration deadline: Wednesday, October 15, 2024

Required documents:
• Abstract (municipal/justice court)
• Sentencing order (circuit court)
• Indictment
• Capias
• Discharge document

You must bring all required documents to receive services.
