Healthy Chocolate Cake

- 1 apple (variety of your choice), 1 egg, 1 large spoonful of Cocoa or Cacao powder, 1 tsp baking powder (or 1/4 tsp baking soda) and chocolate chips for topping. Blend and bake for 25-30 mins at 350 degrees.

Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk together eggs and melted butter. Put container of grated cheese into a shallow dish. Take each tender and dip into the egg and butter then press into the cheese and place onto parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

Top with your favorite seasonings and bake for 15-20 mins, until golden brown. Dip into your favorite sauce & enjoy!

High Protein Gluten Free Bagels

- 1 1/4 C. Gluten Free Flour, 1 C plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 egg and choice of toppings. Mix flour, yogurt and baking powder until dough forms. Divide into 4 balls and shape into bagels. Brush with egg wash and top with any ingredients. Bake at 350 for 22 mins on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Enjoy!

Clean & Green Egg Drop Soup
- 1 box (32 oz) Organic Chicken Bone Broth 1 bag organic spinach leaves 4 large organic eggs Sea Salt Optional add-ons - avocado and green onion Bring broth to a boil, add spinach, scramble eggs with salt, add to boiling broth and spinach.

Stir gently for a few seconds until eggs are cooked. Remove from heat and garnish with toppings of choice! Salt and pepper to taste.

🌱5-Minute Egg Salad A quick, clean, high-protein egg salad made with simple wholesome ingredients — ready in minutes!✨🐓 Ingredients: 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 tbsp avocado mayo 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 1/4 tsp dill w**d 1 pinch salt 1 pinch black pepper Directions: Peel and roughly chop 2 hard boiled eggs and add them to a bowl. Add 1 tbsp avocado mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp fresh or dried dill w**d, 1 pinch salt, and 1 pinch black pepper. Stir until well combined. Top with 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds for a little crunch. Serve on lettuce wraps, grain-free crackers, or enjoy straight from the bowl! *to ensure food safety, always cook your eggs to 160F.

🌱😋This might be the easiest keto bread ever — 4 ingredients and you can make it sweet, savory, or anywhere in between. I made mine with Nara Smith’s garlic infused algae oil and Salty Provisions Double Onion & Garlic flaky salt and it was everything. Save this one because you’re going to want it on repeat. 🍞✨

Easy Keto Bread

Ingredients: 1 egg 3 tbsp almond flour ½ tsp baking powder 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions: Mix everything together until smooth. Pour into a greased heat safe mug or bowl and airfry at 325 for 8-10 mins. Pop it out, slice, toast and enjoy.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Provisions Smith

Fueling my day with protein, greens, and zero preservatives. A wrap that keeps you full without the bread bloat!😋🥰

High Protein Spinach & Onion Wraps

- 1/2-3/4 sweet yellow onion (sliced really thinly) 2 C fresh spinach leaves Wrap 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1//2 tsp smoked paprika On parchment paper lined cookie sheet, spread shredded cheese then add sliced onion. Blend eggs spinach and seasonings and pour over cheese and onions.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until slightly golden browning occurs.

Filling 1 can of wild salmon 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise 1/2 lemon juices 1.5-2 Tbsp capers 1/2 tsp dill w**d Black pepper Mix all ingredients together and spread evenly across wrap. Roll carefully and slice into pinwheels. Enjoy!
