I commented on a post over on LinkedIn and their response was a quote from my very first podcast! A line that stuck with them and that I forgot because I release so much. It was such a warm feeling having someone remind me of what I’ve already written and tell me that my words, thoughts, and voice is valuable.

My story is not over.
I got a lot more writing to do!

Rabies outbreak in every state.
Be good. Be safe. Stay dangerous.
Reading for pleasure has gone down 40% statistics say, and I believe it. I got roasted for spending my birthday with my children at a hole-in the wall used bookstore. It felt like heaven to us though. So, it’s not so difficult to deduce, that the statistics on how many people read to learn is abysmal. They don’t release those numbers.

Case in point:👉🏾 critical thinking.
Damn near extinct.

Being “conscious” these days equates to being “too woke.” But that was the design.

They remind me of pinky and the brain, but on m**h. We got real megalomaniacs out here trying to take over the world, the universe, and cull the rest of the “undesirables” in the process.

“It is what it is… until it’s you.”

I didn’t write this for clicks.
I wrote it because I had to.

After watching that press conference, I felt the rage rise in my chest…
…tight, hot, and familiar. So I did what I always do when I’m on the edge: I wrote. I released.

This piece is part poem, part cry, part mirror. For William McNeal Jr. For Sandra Bland. For Breonna. For every name they try to bury under the algorithm.
