I found an accidental recording from three years ago.
At first, I thought it was just another forgotten file buried on an old hard drive.
It wasn’t.
It was a timestamp.
A conversation between me and my daughters frozen in digital amber.
Listening to it forced me to confront something I wasn’t prepared for.
Not who my children used to be.
Who I used to be.
The deeper I sat with it, the more I realized this wasn’t really a story about motherhood.
It was a story about memory.
What happens when people lose it...
What happens when communities lose it...
What happens when children inherit amnesia where wisdom should have been...
I unpack all of that in the newest episode of Momba Raw and Unfiltered Podcast, OUT NOW 🎧
