This month of November marks my fifth presentation, and the third one just this week. I feel incredibly blessed to continue pursuing my purpose and professional mission: creating healthier generations through mental care, education, and meaningful connection.

This time, I had the honor of partnering with the Public Health Department and the Children’s Learning Center. And what a powerful way to support healthier generations—through moms, the heart of every home. ❤️

We keep planting. We keep growing. 💛🌱
