For the past week, my business has faced multiple negative reviews from Nicola Kilma, who was initially blocked after attempting to use derogatory language towards me on Facebook Messenger. However, I unblocked her the following day, acknowledging that blocking her was not an appropriate response. The situation began with repairs to her vehicle, including a rear passenger strut replacement, a front passenger CV axle replacement, and addressing concerns about a broken emergency brake cable. I successfully test-drove the vehicle for 20 minutes without issues and returned it to her residence. Her neighbor requested that the remaining brake cable be cut off, which Nicola confirmed. Despite initial reservations, I proceeded with the request, but unfortunately, my grinder slipped and damaged the plastic fuel tank. I immediately acknowledged my mistake and assured Nicola that I would replace the fuel tank at no additional cost. However, during the replacement process, the quick-connect fuel line connector broke, requiring further repairs. After completing the necessary repairs, I noticed a louder exhaust noise and discovered a rusted fl**ge leak. I offered to cover half the cost of the repair and install it free of charge, but Nicola declined, citing an urgent need for her vehicle. She opted for a temporary solution using high-temperature epoxy, despite my warnings about its limitations. Unfortunately, she did not allow the epoxy to cure for the recommended 24 hours, which may have contributed to subsequent issues. Upon my return from vacation, I addressed her concerns, but she became rude, leading me to block her for a day. Over the past week, she has posted multiple negative reviews on my page, Google, and Yelp, causing harm to my business's reputation. I have maintained a professional demeanor throughout this ordeal, but the continued negative reviews are damaging my business. I urge Nicola to seek legal action if she believes I have wronged her, rather than perpetuating online harassment.
