So a few pointers that will help for the new people that have gotten boxes
1.if a mouse cursor pops up under the red power button is a mouse icon that you hit at some point
2.on live tv hold the ok button down to favorite a channel
3.on heat vod hit the up arrow to change servers if needed if it doesn’t load within a couple of seconds or to stop buffering
4.to pair your tv to remote the instructions are on the back of the remote
5.goto settings goto apps security and restrictions unknown sources and make sure all the Heat apps are on that will allow all updates to go thru smoothly
