Continuing this junk journal inspired by God’s creation and now I’ll be using it for my Sabbath! Can’t wait to fill it up!!!
Journey on rest has felt like a long one. In my mind I’ve always felt like I rest a lot but the Lord has been asking me if I rest well… I fill my days up with things I like to do and call it rest because they’re β€œtherapeutic” and β€œchill”. But no amount of rest will be enough rest until I rest in the Lord. So my plan moving forward is to Shabbat - just me, God, my thoughts, His thoughts and my β€œjunk” journal to process it all!
