Finally able to make this post. This has been something that Trey Durden, Dr. David Kemp and I have been working on for the past two years!

This short, faced paced, intriguing read details Trey’s trials and tribulations he has faced with his Lyme disease and his journey to health using functional neurology and methodologies administered by Dr. Kemp.

I contributed the foreword and the editing for the book. And I am very proud of our book and our ability to finally bring this information to the public.

Update on the Mr. Health and Fitness 2024 competition: I, unfortunately, did not make it past the group finals.

I want to thank every single person that voted for me, wished me good luck virtually (& in person), and to anyone who shared my story and competition with their family and friends. I hope I inspired at least one single person with my story and journey.

It would’ve been amazing to have some extra money right now, considering everything going on in my life. But money is fleeting and renewable paradoxically.

To share my life and world with the woman I love, to have two young and healthy little dudes, to the family and friends that I have around me: priceless
