In this powerful conversation, co-hosts Raquel Painter, Diana King Barnes, and Agnes sit down with community leader and survivor Tracey Miller (Empower Me Enterprise/LLC). Tracey shares her journey—from childhood abuse and a near-fatal attack to finding safety, rebuilding, and becoming an advocate who helps others escape, heal, and thrive.

- Why “survivor” is the right word—and what healing really looks like

- The cycle of abuse: isolation, control, manipulation, and escalation

- How childhood trauma shapes adult relationships (and how to break the cycle)

- Red flags & nonverbal cues to watch for (withdrawal, injuries, control over movements, finances, clothing in hot weather, etc.)

- Safety planning tips (code words, documentation, trusted contacts)
