Rent keeps going up, but there are still programs out there designed to help people become homeowners — and Jacksonville’s Head Start to Homeownership Program is one of them 🏡

Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s needed to qualify:

🔑 580 minimum credit score
🔑 As little as $500 toward your down payment
🔑 Home price must be $304,000 or less
🔑 First-time homebuyer status required
🔑 Must be pre-approved with a participating lender

A lot of buyers think they need perfect credit or tens of thousands saved up before even thinking about buying a home, and that’s simply not always the case.

If you’ve been wondering whether homeownership could actually be possible for you, this may be the sign to start the conversation.

Comment “HOME” and I’ll help point you in the right direction. ✨
