Sunrise Pictures continues to raise funds for its string of films to be produced in the future. A package deal is being laid out to properly distribute our previous films. Next film up is JOHANNA AND THE WHALE.

We are currently in development raising the final portion of funds so that we can begin producing JOHANNA AND THE WHALE.

UPDATE: Sunrise Pictures continues to work on the last stages of development (funding) for our next film production. JOHANNA AND THE WHALE has moved into first position and BLIND FAITH is now in second place for production. Our first two completed films which are already rated by MPAA, are waiting to be packaged with JOHANNA to maximize profits for our investors.

Broken Faith is getting ready to hit Springfield, MO... we are looking for an estimation on realistic numbers so if you are seriously interested in attending the Premiere Screening for Broken Faith please take this poll. News flash! Look who made the #1 sought after Actor for Christian films; none other than the star of Broken Faith, Michael Joiner!

Since Sherwood Pictures movie, "Facing the Giants", faith based movies are on the rise in Hollywood. Here's a list of the top 10 most "in demand" actors for faith based films, based on how many starring roles they garnered in 2012-2013.

As you know, our project Broken Faith received an R-Rating and now here is another faith-based movie that has received an R-Rating; they believe they were rated more strictly because it is a faith-based movie! What do you think? Are Christian and Faith Based movies being rated with a heavier hand? Are there any PG-13 secular movies that should have received a R-Rating?

Growing up I watched many, many action flicks. Usually B-movie affairs, these movies were often about outcast, underdog, ex-military types, having to load their guns once again to get even and make things right.
