This time last year, I weighed around 320lbs. Back in September, i decided it was time for a change and started a new medication that would help me lose weight since i honestly had no motivation to do s**t. As of this moment, I am currently sitting at 246 lbs, that is a more than 70 pound weightloss, and I'm still going. I now have the motivation to get up and exercise, been walking about 4-6 miles a day, trying to eat right, and trying to better myself. I am not near my goal, but i have been making heavy strides towards it.

RIP to one of the greatest hardcore wrestling legends. Sabu, not only were you a beast in the ring, but you were such a nice and caring person. Would give you the shirt of his back if you were in need. I will never forget the conversations we had in the past nor will i forget those legendary matches you had with the great Terry Funk, RVD, Mick Foley, Sandman, and all the rest.
