Your favorite seasonal wreath doesn't have to stay outside.

Against a quiet, neutral wall, all that Halloween color becomes an instant focal point without needing a room full of decorations.

An entryway, interior door or wall above a console can be just as good a home for a handcrafted seasonal piece—especially when you want to bring a little Halloween personality inside without changing the entire room.

Would you hang this inside your home, or does Halloween décor belong on the front porch at your house?

This one looks like fall decided to show up at the front door all at once.

Pumpkins, autumn leaves, warm orange, touches of green and plenty of pattern give this handcrafted wreath that unmistakable feeling that the season has arrived.

Imagine coming home on a crisp afternoon and seeing all that fall color waiting for you before you even step inside. That's what seasonal decorating can do—it changes the feeling of home before you open the door.

Sometimes you need to see a wreath from the side to understand what the front can't show you.

This view is all about the layers.

The ribbons, wispy sprays, berries and florals don't simply sit flat against the door. They're arranged to give this handcrafted design movement and dimension from different angles.

Because your guests don't magically appear directly in front of your door—they see your décor as they're walking up to your home.

Do you prefer front-door décor that's full and dimensional or something a little more simple?

September gave us the beginning of fall, warmer colors, cozy-home inspiration and the first little hints of Halloween and the holidays ahead.

And now October is knocking.

As you look around your home, don't worry about whether you've followed every decorating trend or finished every seasonal idea you saved.

Create a home that welcomes you back at the end of the day. That's always the goal.

What do you want your home to feel like as we head into October?

This is where mixing patterns gets fun.

Orange Halloween characters, tiny dots, black accents, gray ribbon and just a touch of sparkle all come together in this handcrafted bow.

They don't match—and they're not supposed to. Each pattern adds another layer, while the shared colors make everything feel like it belongs together.

It's one of my favorite parts of creating: watching separate ribbons become one finished design with its own personality.

Are you comfortable mixing patterns in your home décor, or do you usually keep things coordinated?

I love this cutie! I took it to my recent craft show and chose to donate it to their silent auction. When you give, God will bless you!

What’s your favorite thing about this wreath?

09/30/2026

I started with a table full of supplies and an idea in my head. Little by little, it started looking like what I imagined- and this where it ended up!

The closer you look, the more there is to discover.

That Happy Halloween sign may catch your eye first, but then you notice the little pumpkins, cats and witches tucked into the ribbons surrounding it.

Those are the details I enjoy bringing together when I create a handcrafted piece. From a distance it makes a statement, but up close there's even more personality waiting for you.

When you're choosing seasonal décor, what usually catches your eye first—the sign, the ribbon, or the colors?

Sometimes the finished piece makes the process look easy!

One of my favorite parts of creating is watching all those individual ribbons come together into something that can add a little personality and warmth to someone’s home.
