I didn’t plan it. I didn’t pray for it. But life pushed me into purpose. One minute I was flexing my skills… the next, I owned a whole restaurant I never asked for.

No refund. No warning. Just a new reality and a decision:
Go hard or fold.

So I went HARD. 4AM mornings, 10PM nights. Blood, sweat, and breakthrough.
🗣️ Real talk—sometimes your next level doesn’t come in a pretty package. It shows up in chaos, confusion, and the unexpected.
But baby, it’s still yours to rise from.

Reel: My Communication Journey: From School to Fatherhood
It all started at Raines.
Hosting the morning announcements on closed-circuit TV.
They saw my light early—and gave me the mic.
I thought I had the plan:
Graduate ➡️ FAMU ➡️ TV career ➡️ Cali dreams
But God said, “Let me show you something different.”
đź“Ť Never made it to FAMU.
đź“Ť Became a father one year later.
đź“Ť Radio found me.
Sometimes the plan shifts—but the purpose stays the same.
From high school halls to the airwaves... I kept showing up. 💪🏽

I was just picking up a package…
🎤 Heard a voice. Matched the energy.
Next thing I know—I pitched an idea on the spot:
“Y’all need a man on the street for the show.”
He said, “You come here every day, right?”
“Yeah.”
He said, “Next time, let them buzz you in.”
And just like that... I was on the air. 🎙️
Sometimes all it takes is one moment, one voice, one bold ask.
Doors don’t always open slow—sometimes they swing wide.

Recession hit. Money slowed. But the vision didn’t stop.
I said, “I gotta leave a legacy for my son.”
So I built a perfume brand… and they fired me for it.
Guess what? That termination was actually activation.
Because I didn’t just learn the job—I learned the skills.
And the entrepreneur in me? Took OFF.
Thank God for the pivot. Thank God for digital.
