As we closed out 2025, Northeast Florida finished the year on solid ground — and here’s what that means for YOU:

✨ Home prices are still rising
The median home price is now around $390,000, up about 4% year-over-year.

🏡 Inventory is growing
More homes are hitting the market = more options and less pressure for buyers.

⏳ Homes are taking a little longer to sell
The average home is spending about 47 days on market, giving buyers more time to make confident decisions.

📈 Closed sales stayed strong
Even with a slower pace, buyers are still active and homes are still moving!
