How many times have I decided for myself what needs to happen before consulting the One who already knows? Every time I fall into this trap, I need to confess it, repent, and redirect myself into alignment with the Lord’s plan, not my own

This was me in my 20’s.
I finally released my will to Jesus on a bathroom floor after a night of blotto drunkenness partying at the age of 24.
Only He could heal my broken heart, no bottle (or any of the other coping mechanisms I used) could solve.
Ask Jesus to heal your heart today.
