Meet Jen Carew!
Jen is the Founder of a new heart-centered spiritual community in Rock County called Ancient Hearts Collective.
This new community is for people from all walks of life who feel called to reconnect—with themselves, each other, and nature. Jen founded the community because she wanted to offer an alternative to traditional spaces for people who want to connect, grow, and belong.
Jen’s journey to founding Ancient Hearts began when she chose to move back to her home state of Wisconsin to be closer to her Grandma after the death of her Grandpa. After witnessing his death, she had a life-changing epiphany: outward success does not offer true fulfillment, peace, or joy.
This epiphany inspired her to walk away from her successful corporate career to create space to discover what would bring her joy. After a contemplative journey inward, she began teaching meditation online and in Janesville, and training as a Spiritual Director.
In her role as a Spiritual Director, she is trained to walk with others as they explore their inner lives and their personal relationship with the divine.
Spiritual Direction is a journey toward whole-hearted connection and fully-integrated living that comes from allowing the innermost Self to be seen and heard.
Jen is trained as Interspiritual and Interfaith Spiritual Director, meaning that she is skilled in sitting with people of any religious identity, including those who are spiritual but not religious and spiritually curious.
In her role as the Founder of Ancient Hearts Collective, Jen is passionately committed to helping others remember their innate wholeness. In her role, she thoughtfully curates transformative gatherings that foster deep connection, love, and community.
In both roles, Jen invites others to embark on their own exploration of truth and self-discovery and embrace the divine connection that unites us all.
