JATV Media Services The purpose of the channel is to provide informational, educational, and entertaining local programs Hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

The station is funded through a portion of the annual franchise fee the city receives from Charter Communications and AT & T. Additional funding comes from grants, donations, and program sponsorship. Non-profit organizations and individuals can provide programs that meet the station’s Rules for Use. Copies of the rules are available at the station and must be signed by all JATV program producers.

The station is located on the lower level of the Hedberg Public Library in the Administrative office area. Evening and weekend hours are by appointment.

The City and the GM/JATCO Redevelopment Advisory Board will host the project’s first public engagement event, a Community Visioning Workshop, on Wednesday, June 24, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hedberg Public Library Program Room. Residents, businesses, and community partners are invited to participate in shaping the redevelopment vision for the 250‑acre former GM/JATCO site.

This open‑house event will include interactive stations, maps, and opportunities to provide input on land uses, community needs, and long‑term redevelopment goals.

The City has rescheduled the Rockport Pool Improvement Project Community Engagement Forum due to forecasted severe weather. The event will now take place on Thursday, June 25, at 5 p.m. at the Peace Park Pavilion (2801 Rockport Road). The decision to postpone was made to ensure everyone can participate safely and comfortably.
