Our hearts go out to the families impacted by the devastating floods here in Central Texas. Many have lost everything and are in urgent need of support.

Williamson County ESD 5/ Jarrell Fire/Rescue is collecting gift cards of any amount (Walmart, H-E-B, gas stations, Home Depot, etc.) to help these families purchase essentials like food, clothing, and supplies.

You can drop off your gift card donations at the either fire station— our amazing first responders will make sure they get into the hands of those who need them most.

Let’s come together as a community and show these families that they’re not alone. Every little bit helps. 💪❤️

Good Morning!

We have had a lot of people ask what they can do to support the victims and rescuers in the hill country.

We have been notified by commanders in the area that they area cannot handle anymore donations of clothing, water, etc… they are overwhelmed with no room for more.

BUT… we have an awesome community who want to help and so…

If you want to help you may drop off GIFT CARDS to either firehouse in Jarrell between 8am to 6pm from today to the end of July.
Specifically to places like Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-Mart, HEB, Fuel cards etc…

We will personally ensure that every card donated gets put into the hands of those serving or in need in those areas affected by the floods.

This offers an opportunity to help and not require alot of storage space. The cards can be distributed to victims or rescuers as needed and carried to them in just a shoe box.

Thanks so much for all you have done for our neighbors in the hill country! Once again the Jarrell area has stepped up big time!

Thanks so much.

Feel free to share.
