On June 26th the accounting firm, Mauldin & Jenkins, declared the Association books to be “clean and in good order”. The Audit reflected a $761,185 LOSS from operations. The 1st Problem??? ..the POA Financials previously submitted to Property Owners showed a $730K PROFIT from operations. this is perhaps the most important article ever written by Patricia Lowe Cross. Property Owners owe it to their community to be aware of this information, and to demand explanations.
