🦌 Deer season 2025 is here! 🦌

We will be processing deer in the same fashion as always, at our Celestine location only.
🦌 Please note:
▪️Deer must be field dressed before drop off
▪️You must have a confirmation number
▪️Bone-in meat must be clean/fresh (not frozen)
▪️Deboned meat turned into Bologna Products will be vacuum packed and charged 50 cents/lb
▪️If you are utilizing our after hour drop off:
Leave your confirmation number AND your name/phone number with your deer and then call us the next business day with your order. (No after hour drop-off during gun season, but see extended hours below).

🦌 Hunting Dates
Archery Season: October 1, 2025- January 4, 2026
Firearm Season: November 15- November 30, 2025
Muzzleloader Season: December 6-21, 2025

🦌 Extended hours during firearm season only
(Celestine location only)
Monday-Friday: 7am-5pm
Saturdays: November 15: 8am-4pm, November 22 & 29: 8 am-2pm
Sunday: 10am-2pm

Join us for Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills—an essential, hands-on training for Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, and Venture Crew Advisors. Learn the critical skills needed to help Scouts advance from Tenderfoot to First Class and prepare for outdoor adventures!

What’s Covered?
This training is all about the basic outdoor skills every Scout needs to thrive in the wilderness. From setting up camp to navigating the outdoors, you’ll get practical experience to help Scouts succeed.

For those wondering about the Newburgh chemical fire 🔥 and our air quality in Dubois County.

The primary county affected by the Newburgh chemical fire yesterday was Warrick County, Indiana, with a shelter-in-place advisory issued for much of the area, including Newburgh and extending to the Spencer County line. Portions of Daviess County, Kentucky were also affected, with a temporary recommendation for a voluntary shelter-in-place due to the smoke plume, although this was later lifted.

We should not experience any poor air quality from the fire. Just our standard allergy weather 🤧

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) monitors air quality in Indiana through its state-wide ambient air monitoring network.
