We are currently OFF-AIR due to a power outage at our transmitter site. At this time there is no estimation on when power will be restored, but crews are working on the issue. We are still streaming online.

CURRENT JOB OPENING:

100.9FM WBDC, 103.3 The Fix and 18 WJTS-TV in Jasper is looking for a motivated news reporter, writer, announcer and camera operator. The DCBi news person works in the news department for two radio stations and a TV station by gathering, writing, and delivering news stories and newscasts for both radio and TV. Must be able to shoot video, write news stories, and record radio / TV newscasts. We are willing to train on these skills, but prior experience is a plus!

Dubois County Broadcasting, Inc. is a small business in Jasper, IN. We are professional, social, customer-centric and our goal is to Entertain, Inform and Serve The Public with Broadcast. DCBi came into existence in 1975 when WBDC 100.9 FM Country went on the air. Since that time, we’ve added three more radio stations: WAXL 103.3FM, WORX 96.7FM and WXGO 100.9 FM, plus a television station 18 WJTS to our family. All of these stations collectively allow us to cover the entire Ohio River Valley in Southern Indiana.

NOW HIRING: Part-Time Board Operator

DCBroadcasting Inc. is looking for a committed individual, who would be wiling to work a few hours each week on our alternative radio station, 103.3FM The Fix (WAXL).

We are seeking out those who have time to fill and would be able to spend a few hours in-studio each week (Located in Jasper, IN).

Ideal for High Schoolers (Age 16+), Recently Retired Persons, or those with general interest that would want to learn how to operate a radio board!

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! As long as you are determined to learn, we will teach you all that there is to know!
