Another spotlight for another 2nd year pilot with SDS goes to Luke! When an employer is looking for a good employee, they are truly looking for the characteristics and ethics that are found in Luke. There's not a day or report that goes by that I don't hear Luke's name. His ambition, honesty, integrity, hard-work and positive attitude has made Luke be a pleasure to have on our SDS Team. Luke is a college student who knows that if you apply yourself to work hard, do what's right, you'll reap great results. Whenever we find ourselves with a tight turnaround or long-distance haul to a far away field, Luke is the man ready to get it done. His determination to get the job done was proven when he happily used a grower's 4x4 to travel through some rough terrain to access a field that needed flown....even when a heard of cattle came rushing towards him thinking they were going to get some food! Luke has seen it all and been through it all. He's a team player and goes the extra mile, doing the right thing, even when no one's around to see & give him credit. Congratulations, Luke, on another successful season and good luck in this upcoming year in College!

It's the weekend and we're posting another set of Pilot Spotlights! Here we want to shine our light on Mo! Mo joined SDS in 2024 and has been flying for SDS for 2 full seasons now. Mo hails from Sioux Falls, SD and had been one of our most leaned on pilot for these past two seasons. Mo joined our team with a 'can do & will do' attitude. He has flown projects for SDS in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. Mo not only works hard on our seasonal ag projects but also is a key pilot flying diverse projects throughout the year.

Our last spotlight for the day goes to a 1st year pilot. Carson has been a 'hit the road ready' kinda guy. In the very early part of our season, we had a large demand of fields to fly due to rain delays & Carson was the guy ready to rock & roll and get out to flying. So him, Noah & Sean got an AirBNB booked up North and flew lights out, day after day after day. Carson didn't slow down after that, he's been an absolute beast of a pilot flying whenever & wherever he's been needed. His professionalism & work ethic is rare to find in this generation of youth, but like many of our SDS pilots, Carson is one who carries those values and more. Congratulations!

Today we're also bringing the focus to another seasoned, professional pilot hailing from the great State of Nebraska! The great, Nathan Rogers! Nathan has been with SDS for 2 years, but has been flying professionally for many years before. He also runs his own Production Company (https://www.noeticcreative.com/). We're excited to have Nathan part of our DSP, and to see his family grow as Nathan and his wife are expecting their firstborn baby! We're turning the spotlight onto a few of our pilots as we're nearing the end of our Agricultural Season. Today we're spotlighting Scott! He's been with SDS since we started 3 years ago. He joined our DSP with great leadership and aerial knowledge which helped probably all of us. Scott is a full-time Corporate Jet Pilot...I'm still waiting for a ride on the jet ;) - Outside of our Agricultural Season, Scott also helps mapping rocks for another Customer of ours.

As our Season is wrapping up, we want to turn the spotlight on another one of our first-year pilots. Today's pilot is a drone service business owner, located in Rochester, MN with 10 years of professional drone flying experience! Grant W. joined Sebourn Drone Services this Spring and has been a rockstar pilot right out of the gate - all while doing his best to balance out work/home life along with his wife of 2 years and newborn daughter.
