Here’s the thing about the people in Vermont…

They know what tf they’re doing!!! 👑

My friends at VT Stays have once again done the damn thing with their creation of The Tuckaway Suite; this stunning woodsy wonderland in the small town of Jericho.

This trip was definitely one of my top “I could live here” moments. It’s the perfect place for a solo and/or romantic getaway; a bestie vacay is cute too!!

The beautiful and thoughtful details of the space, the provided amenities ranging from a hot tub to bluetooth speaker, projector, air fryer, and more, as well as the hospitality of the hosts, made for a 10/10 experience.

Outside of the suite, The Essex Experience is a wonderful area where I met some of the most welcoming and kind people. I enjoyed 2 pilates classes at Peace of Mind Pilates, mocktails and a bite to eat at The Tavern, and a 55 minute salt cave session at Purple Sage.

I also loved watching the sunset from Mt. Philo State Park and the Overlook Park.

I’m definitely feeling like I left a piece of my heart with the mountains, so I can’t wait to visit again.

presents are cool but I highly recommend swapping them out for a family tradition where you road-trip to a beautiful airbnb, bake christmas cookies, play board games, and explore new places 🫶🏼

you don’t always have to be on “go” mode. rest and reflection is EQUALLY as important. it’s all about when to tap into the feminine versus masculine energy but both are needed to truly live a life of peace, happiness, and success.

let’s rewrite the narrative around the story that we’ve all been told … “big girls/boys don’t cry”

emotion is not something to be ashamed of or to run from. as humans, emotion is our superpower!!!

disconnect from the world, and reconnect with yourself. slow down. 🖤

Happy Thanksgiving friends!! I am beyond thankful for being blessed with many wonderful people in my life, and having the opportunity to experience incredible moments. My family, friends, this community, and simply the chance to live healthy and happily, are things I do not take for granted. My heart is with those struggling this holiday season.
