A would-be thief in Boise thought he had the perfect plan—he broke into a car repair shop after hours to steal some tools. But the genius forgot one tiny detail: he left his own car in the shop's parking lot, complete with his ID on the passenger seat. When employees showed up the next morning, they simply called police, who found the suspect napping in the back seat of his getaway car. He’s now facing charges—and probably some embarrassment.
Crime tip: If you bring your car to a crime scene, don’t leave your name and face inside.
