We at 60nice have been fans and friends of Olympia (Anica Feliciano) and Aries (Ram Alonzo) long before 60nice was even born, and once we heard the demo of "when i wake up i don't wanna think about you"---or more affectionately, "WIWU"---we knew that we wanted to work together on this single.

Very few things get us dancing as much as heavy-swung 909s with a Rhodes, but it's their juxtaposition with the producers' ambient sensibilities and the inner struggle of longing for apathy (embodied by the call-and-response vocals) that keep this song in a special place in our hearts.

Best listened to while you're up thinking all night. Spiral eyes emoji.
