With all that is happening in the world around us, it is hard not to have heavy hearts, and while our hearts are heavy with yours, we at Parlay Studios want to express our continued love and support for the Black community.

As we have been reminded once again of the deeply embedded racism that plagues our country, we grieve with a community that needs no reminder. We grieve with you and we grieve for the deplorable killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and the countless others that have been innocent targets of racial violence.

As we grieve with you, we want it to be known that Parlay Studios condemns all forms of racism and stands in unity with the Black Community. We will continue to listen and learn and do whatever we can to better ourselves and work with those around us in the effort to disassemble individual and systemic racism.

Dear friends, clients, community,

PARLAY STUDIOS is open for business.

We wanted to take a moment to reach out about Coronavirus (COVID-19) as concerns continue to grow. First off, we appreciate the trust our clients put in us when they come to utilize our facility, and we don’t take it lightly. That said, Parlay Studios will remain open and take studio bookings as normal, however, our office and equipment room will have limited hours of 8am-4:30pm. There will be no time restrictions for studio shoots. Following CDC guidelines, we have implemented strong preventive measures with the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community in mind.

To limit unnecessary traffic on campus, our office staff will be working remotely but still available by phone and email to coordinate with clients. For staff that can not perform their jobs remotely, we will be doing all we can to ensure safe work spaces by initiating strong cleaning and disinfecting measures.

Obviously the size of our space brings a lot of people together for important work. We have over 75,000sf of studio space ensuring our clients and staff can adhere to CDC spacing guidelines by spreading out while working. We are requiring certain procedures be implemented to ensure the safety of both our clients and employees alike.

- All studios, common areas, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned with antimicrobial disinfectant and paper towels no less than 3 times daily and as often as possible, including door k***s; handles; door panic bars; ledges and hand rails; light switches; counters; etc.

- Equipment (when applicable) is being wiped down with either clorox or alcohol wipes both at delivery to and return from stages.

- A hand sanitizing station is placed at reception and all visitors are required to apply to their hands before admittance.

- Hand sanitizers are placed through-out the facility and all guests are encouraged to utilize them often.

- All employees are required to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds when arriving at work, and often throughout the work day.

We are closely monitoring this rapidly evolving situation and will continue to follow guidelines from the CDC and other public health agencies, as well as guidelines from the city, state, and federal government.

Parlay Studios is committed to navigating through these tough times and circumstances with the health and safety of our clients, employees, and every other human as our highest priority. It is our goal to remain open for business while doing all we can to promote safety.

Our clients produce some of the most creative and ambitious work imaginable, our commitment is to do our part to ensure that work is achieved responsibly and safely.
