Western CUSD 12 is proud to announce that Larry Lagemann has been named the Western High School Principal for the 2025-2026 school year.
Larry is a lifelong resident of Pike County, Missouri. He attended the Pike County R-III (Clopton) School District growing up and began his teaching career in Clopton in 1995. During his tenure at Clopton, Mr. Lagemann performed many duties:
Middle School/High School Social Studies Teacher for 11 years.
Named Clopton High School Principal in 2006 and served in that capacity for 16 years.
Served as the Head Boys Basketball Coach (9 years), Head Girls Basketball Coach (9 years), and as head track and cross country coach.
Mr. Lagemann was named Principal at Bowling Green High School in 2022 and has served in that capacity for the last three years.
Larry resides in rural Eolia, MO with his wife of 30 years, Susan. They are blessed with three adult children. Daughters Lauren and Ashtyn (husband Daniel and two grandchildren, Mabry and Kellan), and one son, Evan.
Mr. Lagemann enjoys spending time with his children and grandkids, working in the yard and on their farm, and watching sports. His family also enjoys travelling and hiking in our national parks.
