Tomorrow morning from 9:30 to 11:30 the Town of James Island will be filling sandbags in preparation of a potentially busy Hurricane season. Information regarding storm preparation will also be available. Please come out and show your support.

Please join us this Saturday with Honor Students from James Island Charter High School (September 6th, 2025) to fill sandbags at Town Hall (1122 Dills Bluff Rd) from 9:30am-11:30am. We will also have a hurricane information booth on site.
The Honor students will be volunteering and we invite the community to help as well. We are hoping to stockpile a lot of sandbags in preparation for a potential hurricane event this year. Please come join us and help fill sandbags!
We will have a pizza party, courtesy of Paisano's Pizza Grill when we are done!
