UPDATE: The server was restored around 3 p.m. and is now operational.

On Monday, March 27, retail dining locations across campus started experiencing issues with debit and credit cards payments around 12:15 p.m.

Locations such as Subway and Chick-fil-A were unable to process these types of payments.

At this time, locations seem to still be able to process payments using cash, ID Bucs and dining dollars.

This is a developing story.

I am a targeted individual of cybertorture, organized stalking, voice-to-skull, and remote neural monitoring by new neurotechnologies...human rights violations in progress against myself and many others all over the world by new neurotechnologies. I am being verbally, emotionally, physically, and sexually abused, as well as harassed, molested, r***d, and tortured on a daily basis by the suspects mentioned below through new neurotechnologies.

See: https://adamchristiannielsen721939400.wordpress.com/
for poetry I wrote, some of which regards my experience with cybertorture, and https://www.facebook.com/adam.nielsen.1656854/ for some information regarding cybertorture and neurotechnology itself. I am trying to raise awareness about the issue and reach out about my situation. Please, forward this to anyone who might be interested, concerned, or able to address it (e.g. family and friends, human rights groups, civil rights groups, law enforcement and other government agencies, elected representatives, news media, private investigators, religious communities, scientists, poets, philosophers, and so on).

Primary suspects in my case: Martha Nussbaum (philosopher), Emma Watson, James Franco, and Jay Dodd...other possible suspects (having a brief presence at least throughout my cybertorture): Seth Rogan, Dave Franco, Danny McBride, Zac Efron, Scarlet Johansson, Laurence Fishburne, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Hugh Jackman, Jesse Eisenberg, Edward Norton, Billy Bob Thornton, Lewis CK, Susan Sarandon, Tom Hanks, Emma Thompson, John Searle (philosopher), and whoever they are working with…if these people were themselves not in fact involved, then their images (including voice and a physical presence of sorts) have been used against me throughout the cybertorture in various ways at various times. I do not currently know their motivation.
At a press conference today, ETSU and Ballad Health announced a partnership that will launch the Strong BRAIN Institute.

“The Strong BRAIN (Building Resilience through ACEs (adverse childhood experiences)-Informed Networking) Institute will facilitate the development and dissemination of evidence-based practices that prevent, reduce or mitigate the negative effects of ACEs on health and health disparities. The institute will also work to inform the citizenry and workforce in the Appalachian Highlands on the importance of being trauma informed.”

Our very own Dr. Gorman will represent the College of Business and Technology as a trustee of the Institute.
