Avoid renting a car through Alamo, National, or Enterprise (all under same company). They are crooks and it’s disgusting. They are blaming me for a dent that was their prior at the Tri cities airport. I was told it was documented in the system but now that employee cannot remember. They have no cameras in the parking lot either or that would solve that. They don’t have damage report sheets and they have no one to walk around car with you. I don’t know how these people go home and sleep at night knowing that they are scamming people. Don’t rent through these people ever.
