Huuuuuge amount of updates going live on my business Webpage, including a new "Events" board, New business info, Merchandise, and new photos & video!!
My website contains the most complete information and vision of what CoxLong Enterprise brings to the table & what it aims to create. With these updates to the website, it seems appropriate to highlight the "Multimedia" aspect of the business. This business is 100% self-funded and self-ran, created from the ground up from what can be called a "zero situation". That means a situation of 0 money. 0 resources. 0 know-how from a business POV.
8 Months Later, I'm typing this from my business computer at my home address and future home of CoxLong Enterprise's business operations. I'm able to proudly announce exciting new upgrades to my website, and developments happening to my business. But not everything always goes as planned. There are big ups and downs in this industry. This is a reality that creative persons and performance artists of all kinds will deal with.
As of late, I've personally navigated the business reality and personal nightmare of not having a key booking for several weeks. But, thanks to my experience in multiple creative fields, and a couple of phone calls from old friends offering me an opportunity, I've managed to push along and create something different that emulates the vibe of a CoxLong Enterprise production and/or event.
If you're a creative person who runs your own business 100% as I do with CoxLong Enterprise, my advice is to never quit chasing your full creative vision, even when times are uncertain. Getting things off the ground has been no less than overwhelming for me, suddenly putting every creative and financial element of a business onto my shoulders, and I still have a lot of space to clear before this fully takes off. But the support I receive from online views, merch sales, video views, likes and comments, tips, and sooo much more from the lovely people of Johnson City & beyond are the little boosts I need to keep my vision growing.
