AI isn’t the problem in VFX.
Unclear workflows are.

Most artists aren’t trying to replace their process, but trying to figure out where AI actually fits without losing control, breaking quality, or creating results they can’t comp or defend.

As 2025 comes to a close, I want to say thank you.

This year brought its share of challenges. Across our industry, uncertainty continues to shape how we work, who we work with, and what the future looks like. Budgets shifted. Timelines got tighter. Expectations only grew. But through it all, you kept creating.

At ActionVFX, we’ve seen firsthand how resilient and resourceful this community is.
Whether you’re a solo artist comping shots in your spare time, or a supervisor leading a team on a high-stakes production, we’re honored to support the work you do.

I want to share something important. Something we’ve been building toward for a long time: Our mission is to empower VFX artists with the tools to achieve creative and financial freedom.

We believe those two things go hand in hand. You shouldn’t have to choose between doing your best creative work and staying financially viable. You shouldn’t be blocked by access, or scale, or complexity. Whether you're a freelancer, a small studio, or a global team, we want to make sure you have what you need to thrive.

This year, we took major steps toward that goal:
