Courtesy of your neighbor Jilian of Forest Hills, a Community PT and Rehab Manager, she is sharing her go to chicken salad recipe, a fresh and flavorful favorite she often makes for easy crowd pleasing sandwiches.

Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Rotisserie chicken, half a bird
1 cup sour cream
1 half cup mayo
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 third cup sweet onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon parsley
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions
Mix the dressing ingredients together, then add to the chicken, celery, and onion. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

A simple fresh favorite perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or a quick lunch.

Meet our June Athlete of the Month, Johnny, a tennis star 🎾 on the courts of Center Grove.

What started as casual summer clinics in elementary school turned into a passion in middle school and has now developed into a key part of his high school experience as a varsity player. Johnny trains year round, competing in both school matches and 18 and under tournaments.

His efforts have led to tournament wins 🏆 and academic recognition, along with valuable lessons learned through injuries, new partnerships, and the challenges of competition. Through it all, he credits his coaches, teammates, and family support system for shaping his growth. Read Moore in the June issue of Stroll Center Grove.

Meet your neighbors, the Moan family, who have called Auburn Trace home for more than 20 years 🏡 Together for over 40 years, their story began when they met in Greenwood.

Brad grew up in Greenwood and served in the Greenwood Police Department before returning to school to become a mechanical engineer.

Paula has built a successful career in banking and serves as Market President for Indiana at Stock Yards Bank and Trust, where she has earned recognition as one of Indianapolis’s top business leaders.

Today, they enjoy traveling, time with friends, backyard gatherings, and their longtime love of sports, especially football season with a friendly Packers and Steelers rivalry at home 🏈
